Located in Jonesville, Texas celebrated its 150th birthday in 1997. It has been the location of half a dozen movies. Except for the soft drink machine in one corner, it looks about the way it did in the days of mule-drawn wagons bringing cotton to the nearby gin - the last one in East Texas. It is part museum, and part country grocery - one of the few places in East Texas where you can buy bonnets and cheddar cheese cut from a hoop with an antique wire slicer.
